FAQ’s

How far in advance should we make our reservations?
We are usually able to do same day rentals, however availability of more popular units may be limited. We recommend you make reservations as soon as possible. Many of our units book weeks and months in advance.

How will a moonwalk, slide, or obstacle course affect my grass?
We ask that you do not mow your yard for at least 24hrs prior to set-up of the unit.

How do you inflate the moonwalks, slides, and obstacle courses?
We provide all cords and fans. We ask that the set-up location be, at most, 100′ from an electrical outlet. The fans use about as much electricity as an indoor fan, once fully inflated. We can set up on grass or pavement.

How many people can be in the moonwalks at one time?
Depending upon the size of the moonwalk, and ages of users we recommend 7-9 children or 4-6 adults. Ask salesperson for further information.

When and how do we pay?
We do not require any security deposits prior to set up with the exception of parties with three or more units or totaling more than $600, then we require a 25% deposit. We accept cash, checks, or money orders at the time of set up.

Do you deliver and set up?
Yes, we have free delivery and set up for all of our rentals.

Can you set up in parks?
Yes, most cities facilities allow moonwalks. Although, you may need to check with the city regarding electricity in the park. We can help with this step, just ask.

What if it is bad weather?
We will not set up a moonwalk in inclement weather, for your safety and the safety of our top of the line equipment. Kansas weather is very unpredictable! We stake and/or sandbag every moonwalk, slide or obstacle course for your safety. There should be NO persons in the units during inclement weather.

Do you carry insurance? Yes. We have a 1 million dollar liability insurance policy and have the option to add a rider on to our policy. Some restrictions may apply.
